Ben Fogles’ Book
Ben Fogle’s’ love of Land Rovers has led him to write this rather inspiring book which highlights this nations love affair. Travelling the length of the British Isles in a Defender, spending his time with fellow Land Rover enthusiasts which brought him to, Alpha 4×4 Funerals!
Ben’s eagerness to discover more on why we specialise in Land Rover funerals led him to visit us in Bedfordshire, Ben goes on to say;
Jacqui was waiting eagerly with her friend, who had an equally excitable black Labrador. Jacqui’s eyes sparkled as we got on to the topic of Land Rovers. During the course of my Tour de Land Rover across Great Britain I had met dozens of enthusiasts who all oozed the same excitement, but Jacqui was different, she was properly Land Rover bonkers. A fanatic.
Not wanting to digress from funerals, but if I’m honest I was most excited that she was a girl. A women who had the same affection for Land Rovers as so many of the bearded men I had met on my journey.
